Patients With Passports entrusts the task of making client travel arrangments to the MSP Travel Group, a large travel planner headquartered, as PwP is, in Minneapolis-St.Paul, Minnesota.

Partnering with a large travel planner located nearby enables constant contact between PwP patient care arrangers and MSP's travel planners. And close communication is crucial to insuring the careful integration of patient medical care and travel details.

MSP has assigned one of its most experienced travel arrangers, Meridith O'Toole, to oversee travel services provided to PwP clients.  We thus work closely with Ms. O'Toole, who has received specialized training to properly assist travelers headed abroad for medical treatment. Ms. O'Toole also participates in an ongoing PwP staff training program, in order to function as a virtual employee of PwP.

PwP clients will be contacted by MSP and Ms. O'Toole when the time comes to make travel arrangements.  In the PwP 28-step service process, Step 20 involves assistance in making airline reservations, and Step 21 help in choosing a hotel and making other in-country travel-related arrangements.
